Hello!
This week I made a lightweight striped Merino/Cashmere/Silk tank top that no doubt was inspired by the cute mohair merino tank tops I saw in Japan (pictured below).
Inspiration for Okadaya in Tokyo.
Some pottery updates:
My friend Chloe asked me to make some simple incense burners. I said, “too easy!”
I also made progress on my mug collection. I cannot wait to see what these with look like after firing once the glint of a clear gloss brings the colors up to full pigmentation.
Alongside the pottery and the tank top I knit, I worked on some fun ordinary projects with the kids and also made a portrait for the couple whose wedding we attended during a trip we took to the Hunter Valley last week
